Single Life Coaching Session

• 45 Minute Session 

Exploration Plan (4 Sessions)

• Four coaching sessions (approximately 45 minutes each)
• Weekly or bi-weekly (client preference)
• Unlimited emails and texts between sessions
• No contract required

Inspiration Plan (12 Sessions)

• This is the most popular plan; it takes a cycle of about 90 days to make real change.
• Twelve coaching sessions (approximately 45 minutes each)
• Weekly or bi-weekly (client preference)
• Unlimited emails and texts between sessions
• No contract required

Elation Plan (24 Sessions)

• Twenty four coaching sessions (approximately 45 minutes each) 
• Weekly or bi-weekly (client preference)
• Unlimited emails and texts between sessions
• No contract required

All plans include a free session, prior to starting your coaching, to show you and talk to you about what coaching is and what it can do for you. After the free session, if you decide you are not ready to coach, the session will still be free.

If none of the plans listed above work for you, a customized plan can be set up (# of sessions you request and etc.).
