My life journey is to inspire you to 'live on fire"!  As a certified professional coach, author, dynamic motivational speaker, an experienced solo-parent, and multiple years of corporate experience, I am passionate about collaborating with people to help them live the life of their dreams.
 

I received my certification in coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I have an associate degree in computer information systems, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in integrated marketing communication, am certified in Project Management, have many certifications from Leadership Forums and have participated in and have several years of leading, training, and working in corporate America experience. 

My personal experiences in life and corporate America have given me the opportunity to coach you in your life and career aspirations. Whether that is to be a better person, parent, leader, help you through your life struggles and concerns, assist you in your endeavors to climb the corporate ladder, help you to take control of your career in getting paid for your worth, asking for more money, or growing as a person or leader. I have the background and experience to help you to be successful. 

Knight's Coaching Experience is the natural culmination of the totality of my life experiences. One of my mottos is: 'If you believe, you can achieve'!

I have had many of the same struggles, as a solo-parent, female, and many of the corporate struggles that many people experience today.
